Who we are?

Founded by David Salisbury, Leeann Salisbury, Lee Davies and Janice Davies in 2018 with a clear purpose: to address a pressing issue in our industry.

We’re here to ensure that individuals in Shropshire, aged 18 and above, receive the quality care and support they need.

Our focus is on providing professional and compassionate care. Whether it’s through our contracts with the local authority and Continuing Health Care or our private care services, our goal remains the same – to offer accessible and meaningful care to our community.

We’re committed to making a positive impact, because we believe that everyone deserves dedicated care, tailored to their unique needs.

Meet the team

At Willow Care North Shropshire Ltd, we take pride in our dedicated team of professionals who work tirelessly to ensure the well-being and happiness of our clients.

Our team is led by our Registered Manager, Georgia Guildford, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise in domiciliary care to our organisation. Supporting the governance and quality of our service is Julie McCann, our Quality Assurance Manager and a Registered Nurse with an active PIN. Julie provides clinical oversight and ensures that our care delivery consistently meets regulatory standards and best practice.

Assisting in the day-to-day operations are our Coordinators, Chloe Mounsey and Markus Potter, who diligently oversee the scheduling and coordination of care services.

Supporting our front-line care staff are our Seniors, Courtney Jones and Rebecca Derby, who play a crucial role in ensuring that care plans and risk assessments are executed to the highest standards. Their expertise and commitment are key to maintaining the quality of care we provide.

Additionally, we are fortunate to have dedicated In-house Trainers, Elizabeth Watson and Jaxon Davies, who are responsible for ensuring our staff receive the best training and development opportunities. They help our team members continually improve their skills and keep up with the latest developments in the healthcare sector.
